Access to Stretch Center Fort Gratiot / Live Big & Loud is now a monthly commitment, designed to help you stay consistent, supported, and empowered.

By committing month to month, you are choosing movement, strength, and community — all proven ways to protect your quality of life and keep Parkinson’s from taking the lead.

As part of your membership, you will also have access to specialty classes (2 per month), offered by reservation only. These unique sessions focus on specific skills or experiences, with pricing dependent on the activity.

Friendly Policies to Support Consistency

• Classes are non-refundable, unless cancelled by the Center

• Sessions must be used within the same month of purchase

• Monthly structure encourages routine, progress, and accountability
